The Dick Cotter Foundation operates for the benefit of Waters Corporation employees, former employees and their families who find themselves in situations beyond their means due to economic hardship, distress, or other events that cause severe financial strain. If you or a family member are in a critical situation, complete and submit the Assistance Request form below.

The Board will review the request. With limited resources, the Foundation will not be able to fund every request but may offer some small form of relief.
